Capture the corrected approach or reference so the modeling team can train on it. Hands-on familiarity with the standard tooling for the discipline. Comfort applying multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches. Clear written reasoning that names the craft issue and the standard being applied. Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.
